PURPOSE AS STATED IN THE BY-LAWS: “To encourage the sport of boating, to CURRENT MEMBERSHIP - Presently we have over 125 families in the club. HOME - Our home is at the Rusty Anchor located at 105 Pine Street in Cheboygan. CYC members are entitled to discounts and incentives with the Rusty Anchor. The restaurant's phone is 231-627-4316. MEMBERSHIP CARDS - This card is issued upon joining as well as the Membership Booklet which includes the Roster of Members, Officers, Committees and Club By-Laws. A Club burgee is also given to each new member. ONE-TIME INITIATION FEE of $50.00 plus yearly membership dues of $60.00 are payable by the date of the Annual Meeting. NEW MEMBERSHIP - Requires two current member endorsements. BURGEES (additional) are available to all members along with other Club apparel and identifiers at current cost. THE BOARD meets at the Rusty Anchor on the second Tuesday of each month from May through October, and at the Cheboygan Public Library the remainder of the year. Check our website or contact a Board member for details. All members are encouraged to attend. THE ANNUAL MEETING of the Club is held the first or second Saturday of May, with social and educational events planned throughout the year.
